Please complete the Lead To Win Application Form and submit it to lead@leadtowin.ca.

Qualified applicants will be contacted by email to set a time for an interview. Applicants that have been selected for the program will receive an acceptance email. The first session starts on February 21st 2012.

After submitting your application you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application within 3 days, if you do not receive a confirmation email please contact lead@leadtowin.ca.

When completing the application form please be concise – point form responses are okay. If you are not able to provide a response for some of the questions, please leave the box empty.
